At Resco Resin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted home decor and resin art. If your item isn't the perfect fit for your space, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all non-customized products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package with Care

  Place the resin items back in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely padded to prevent scratches or cracking during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for verification.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items for quality, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
